Our company’s staff has acquired special expertise in nationwide projects of renovation, restoration and maintenance of live operating fuel lines.
The maintenance work includes: Restoration, sand blasting and wrapping of pipes to protect the pipelines from corrosion damage and mechanical defects in the infrastructure, installing split sleeves to thicken the pipes, replacement of sections of pipelines, hot tapping-drilling and pumping the live fuel lines under operation, cold cutting explosion proof 6 – 48 inch diameter fuel lines using unique state of the art pneumatic equipment, installation of valves, assistance in preparatory work to transfer Pig, as well as identification and location of infrastructures by means of detectors.
Upon completion of the work and prior to the return of the line or segment to regular operation, we conduct stringent hydrostatic tests at the site to ensure that the line is indeed in good working order and safe to use.
Our advanced work methods and the great deal of readily available, state of the art equipment at our disposal enable us to provide rapid and effective response at any critical moment, and significantly minimize downtime of lines and thus increase profitability for our customers.
